Sharing My Shelves: The Autumn Edit

Now it is is autumn it is perfectly acceptable to stay in doors, light a couple of candles and get the log burner going, am I right? I fully plan to embrace my inner (and outer) hermit and crack open a couple of spines.

Here is my reading list for this autumn/winter.

Yes Please
by Amy Poehler
I have recently been more interested in non fiction books, as you can probably tell from this reading list. I felt like I needed a bit of light reading, and I recently fell in love with Amy Poehler when I discovered Parks and Recreation.

How to Stay Alive
by Matt Haig
I actually started this ebook a couple of weeks ago. Having a baby is not always sweetness and light, and I will be the first to admit I have had some dark days since having Phoebe. Believe me when I say my eyes have been thoroughly opened. So, I thought this book would be right up my alley.. so far, I was completely wrong. I am not sure I will carry it on just because I am finding it quite unrelatable,

Modern Romance: An Investigation
By Aziz Ansari and Eric Klinenberg
I am a massive Master of None fan. If you have never watched it on Netflix, do it! If this book is anything like Aziz's screen humour I am in for a treat.
