Autumn Photography on a Budget

I recently did a blog post on my favourite and most used blog props, and as relevant as some of them still are to the change in seasons, I thought I would do a little budget friendly update for autumn.

Pumpkins
These can be purchased from the supermarket for as little as 80p, and they look amazing throughout the house as little pops of autumn everywhere.

Candles
These particular ones are from Aldi and they are the most amazing Lily Flame dupes at a fraction of the cost. I am an all time Aldi convert when it comes to candles, especially after purchasing No. 2 and No. 3 in the summer.

Confetti
This particular sparkle is from Amazon. I just love a little bit of glitz, especially Halloween glitz.

Backing Paper
This white washed floorboard backing paper is my new all time favourite. Forget the marble! I picked this sample of wallpaper up on a recent trip to B&Q (And yes, the house decorating is still ongoing!) They have an amazing choice, even a parquet design! There are usually always sample rolls to get a good enough size for a blog photo.. you're welcome.

Tartan scarf
Or any matter of autumnal/winter clothing. I know you can pick these up pretty cheaply in Primark. But the one featured is one I bought from Superdry years ago. You can find a similar one here.

Cawfee
This can be in the form of a paper cup from Starbs or just your regular coffee mug. I don't know what it is about this season that justifies the cost of an extortionately priced, sugar overloaded drink, but it just does. On the up side, once you have finished just rinse out your takeaway cup and reuse it again and again in photos. Bargain?

Foliage
Fern, conkers, pine cones and leaves, or for me the bloggers favourite; eucalyptus.

Love, Jo
