New Spring Beauty Bits.

Spring is often a time for change. I love buying and switching up my beauty routines, so here are a couple of new products I have purchased recently.

Origins Original Skin Retexturizing Mask with Rose Clay | I bought this completely on a blogger recommendation of course, but to justify it I bought the mini incase I didn't get a long with it. Honestly? It's nice, I felt pampered, but I didn't notice that much difference with how my skin looked and felt. I much prefer the Aldi face masks for when I am really suffering with problematic skin.

Maybelline Eraser Eye Concealer | I think the shade I purchased was too light. I always make the mistake of going for the lightest shade because I am so pale, but in fact my skin is kind of olive-y? I also don’t like the mechanism, it took me ages to get anything out of it! At first I thought it was broken, but no, it just takes its sweet time to come to the top. Saying all that though, it is a very good formula, not that drying, although like most concealers it still goes into the lines under my eyes.. But I think there is nothing I can do about that unless I consider some sort of plastic surgery!

NIVEA Lip Balm in Mango Fruity Shine | I love the formula, but prefer something with a tint for during the day. I think this would be completely wearable over a lip colour though, just to add a little gloss without being too drying. It's great for bedtime though, I love waking up with super soft lips.

SensatioNail in Precious Peony | I wanted a shade that screamed spring/summer. I used to wear Pink Daisy all the time but this colour is much more ‘me’. It’s brighter and louder and just makes me feel like I have made more of an effort. Peony season is upon us lads!

Maybelline Tattoo Brow Longlasting Gel Tint | I have been meaning to try this for ages. I feel like it does work, my brows not only look more defined, but they just look in better shape? The only downfall I have found is that it stains your skin something chronic no matter how carefully you apply it. Saying that, it doesn't last, and after cleansing my skin twice it had almost completely disappeared.
